The Home of AFL in the Pacific NorthWest

The Seattle Grizzlies Australian Rules Football Club began competing in USAFL competition in 1999. Since that time, we’ve won the USAFL Division 3 Championship in 2017, Division 2 Championship in 2008 and followed up the following year as runners-up in Division 1. Both the men’s and women’s teams currently compete in division 1. We represent the city of Seattle in matches locally and across the country, with most of our games in the local PNW. Several home-grown Grizzlies have – and continue to – represent the USA in international competition.

Commitment to Diversity

The Seattle Grizzlies is an inclusive USAFL club dedicated to learning, teaching and competing in Australian Rules Football. Belonging in the club means forging new friendships, celebrating differences, and giving back to the community through charitable and educational activities. These are the backbone principles building our teams, our coaches, and our leaders to create a sporting environment for all. The Grizzly community has a social responsibility to support and play with pride, passion, and a sense of belonging. Our commitment to inclusion drives us to excellence on and off the field. Our inclusivity spans race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, identity, physical ability and neurodiversity.
