JOIN THE GRIZZLIES

We are always looking for new players and supporting members. No experience is necessary, just bring some cleats if you have them, and dress for a workout!

Completing your membership is a four step process:

  1. Pay team membership fees for 2026. Be sure to complete the membership form during the checkout process.

  2. [UPDATED GUIDANCE COMING SOON] Create a USAFL Player Account (only for new players or returning players who haven’t created a USAFL account yet)

  3. Liability Waiver (Online - Non-players may skip this step)

  4. USAFL League Registration (Non-players may skip this step)

1. Team Membership Fees

  • 2026 Non-Rookie Player Membership: $195 (Includes a team polo)

  • 2026 Rookie Player (First Year with Seattle Grizzlies): $145 (Includes team shorts + team polo)

  • 2026 Non-Player Membership: $30

  • All benefits of membership are conferred for the 2026 calendar year.

  • Player membership fees cover Practice Fields, USAFL Administrative Fees, & BCAFL league dues.

    • 2026 Estimated Average Practice Field Cost: $145/hr (Even higher if we’re practicing at a Seattle Public School)

  • Player fees DO NOT INCLUDE USAFL Regionals & Nationals dues. Members will be responsible for paying the USAFL directly if they participate in the tournament. 2026 player dues for those tournaments are as follows:

    • Regionals: TBD (All Players)

    • Nationals: TBD (All Players)

  • All paid members have voting rights.

2026 Rookie Membership
$145.00

This membership is for players in their first-year with the Seattle Grizzlies. If you played with another club previously, you would still be considered a rookie with us.

Rookies will receive a pair of team shorts and polo shirt (we try our best to keep inventory on-hand, but do apologize if your size is not immediately available)

2026 Non-Rookie Membership
$195.00

This membership is for players whom have been members of the Seattle Grizzlies in the past.

Non-Rookie memberships will receive a team polo.

2026 Non-Player Membership
$30.00

2. Create a USAFL Player Account (only for new players or returning players who haven’t created a USAFL account yet)

3. Liability Waiver (Online - Non-players may skip this step)

If you have already filled out this waiver form at an in-person event in 2026 (eg. Australia Day, Ausball) then you do not need to complete this again.

All players will be required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any contact games with the Club, regardless of membership. Waivers are available online at the link above, and will also be available at practices and game days.

4. USAFL League Registration (Non-players may skip this step)

Nick Papa will complete your 2026 USAFL registration by paying the USAFL membership fee upon confirmation of payment of Grizzly team membership fees, signed Liability Waiver, and completed 2026 Membership form.
